Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Graftly. We have tried to keep them fair and readable. If something does not make sense, ask us.

Plain English Summary: Use Graftly for your legitimate business. Do not abuse the service. Pay your subscription. We will do our best to keep it running. You can cancel anytime.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Graftly, you agree to these terms. Graftly is operated by Krave Ltd (Company Number: 13740967), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at Unit A 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE.

2. The Service

Graftly provides business management software for trades professionals, including:

  • Quote and invoice creation
  • Job tracking and management
  • Customer relationship management
  • UK tax calculations (VAT, CIS)
  • Offline mobile access

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

4. Fair Use

Our "unlimited users" means reasonable business use for your company and direct team. It does not mean:

  • Reselling access to other businesses
  • Running multiple unrelated businesses on one account
  • Creating accounts for customers or suppliers who are not your employees
Fair Use Policy: If we believe your usage is abusive or outside normal business patterns, we will contact you first to discuss before taking any action. We are reasonable people.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • Founding member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of continuous subscription

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime with one click in your account settings
  • Access continues until the end of your paid period
  • No refunds for partial months (except within the 30-day guarantee)
  • Annual subscriptions: no refund after the 30-day guarantee period

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will refund you in full. No questions asked. Email support@getgraftly.com.

6. Your Data

  • You own your data. We do not claim any rights to it.
  • You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF).
  • We will not access your data except for support purposes (with your permission) or legal requirements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Graftly for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the service
  • Upload malware or harmful content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your business
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

8. Our Responsibilities

We will:

  • Make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure
  • Provide support for technical issues
  • Give reasonable notice of planned maintenance
  • Back up your data regularly
  • Not share your data with third parties except as stated in our Privacy Policy

9. Limitations

Important: Graftly provides tools to help manage your business, but we are not accountants or tax advisors. You should always verify tax calculations with a qualified accountant. We are not liable for errors in tax submissions or financial decisions made based on Graftly data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim
  • We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, email providers, etc.)

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. We will give you reasonable notice and opportunity to fix issues unless the breach is severe (illegal activity, security threats, etc.).

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
